Welcome to the restaurant line for Hope's Bake Shop.  Enjoy the pictures of our products that can be delivered to you and added to your dessert tray to really impress your customers.  Dessert sales have increased dramatically when these products are offered. 

We are not limited to just these items!  New ideas and custom desserts are always welcomed.

Signature Cakes

10" round cakes, 14 servings  $25

8" round cakes, 10 servings   $19

Black Forest Cake:  rich chocolate cake, cherry filling and whipped cream enhanced with cherry brandy.  

Lemon Poppyseed:  Lemon poppyseed cake, raspberry filling covered with a rich lemon cream cheese frosting. 

Tiramisu Cake:  espresso soaked sponge cake layered with chocolate ganache and a light sweetened, coffee-infused cream cheese frosting.  Finished with cocoa and chocolate covered espresso beans. 

Signature Raspberry Cake:  rich butter cake with whole raspberries, layered with a rich buttercream. 

Triple Chocolate Cake:  moiste chocolate cake, ganache and chocolate buttercream make this a chocoholic's dream. 

Red Velvet Cake:  deep red velvet cake filled with layers of chocolate ganache and cream cheese frosting. 

Diner Coconut Cake:  A wonderful coconut cake filled and frosted with a light frosting and dusted with coconut flakes. 

Opera Cake:  many thin layers of almond sponge cake, cappuccino buttercream with toffee bits, and ganache.  All covered in cappuccino buttercream and ganache.  10" $30, 8" $23
