Signature Cakes
Here are some signature cakes that I've created along with my versions of some classics.
Black Forest Cake
Moist chocolate cake is the starting point, drizzled with a cherry brandy syrup. In between the cake layers are dark cherries and sweetened whipped cream. The cake is frosted with whipped cream and then topped with a whipped cream design and dark chocolate shavings.

Tiramisu Cake
Cappuccino cake is moistened with rich espresso. The cake layers are covered in dark chocolate ganache and sweetened cream cheese topping. The stacked cake is covered and decorated with the decadent frosting. It is then dusted with Dutch cocoa and embellished with chocolate covered expresso beans.

Lemon Poppyseed Raspberry Cake
Delicate lemon poppyseed cake is the start of this sweet and tart cake. Between the cake layers is my homemade raspberry filling. The cake is then covered in a lemon cream cheese frosting.

Irish Chocolate Cake
This creation starts with a stout chocolate cake, then filled and frosted with Irish Cream icing. The cake is then covered in dark chocolate ganache' and decorated with Irish Cream icing.

Diner Coconut Cake
Moist coconut cake is filled with a fluffy coconut frosting. The cake is covered with coconut frosting and topped with shredded coconut for a beautiful finish.

Triple Chocolate Cake
My rich chocolate cake is split and layered with silky chocolate buttercream. The cake is covered in the silky buttercream and then coated in dark chocolate ganache.

Carrot Cream Cheese Cake
Layers of flavorful carrot cake, filled with cheesecake filling. The cake is frosted in cream cheese icing. Crushed pineapple, raisins, and walnuts can be added upon request.
