  Bruce and I got married on Feb 12th this year (2011). We ordered the red velvet cake with pink icing for a valentines wedding and had several different kinds of cup-cakes. Everything was just like her pictures on this site and she was so wonderful to work with. Hope went way beyond her contract with us, she was a large part of helping to make our wedding prefect. We both highly recommend you go with Hope for your future wedding too. We will be using her for all our celebrations...simply amazing cake!

  Our family is hooked on Hope’s products. We started with our daughter’s wedding cake and can’t seem to stop ordering for birthdays and other events. I doesn’t matter whether it’s her cheesecake or traditional cakes, the quality is always excellent. The only thing better than her cake, is the personalized customer service that we have received. She goes above and beyond while providing a fresh, locally made, quality product.

  Hope your cheesecakes are the best in the state or anywhere else. Our favorite is the lemon topping and raspberry swirl. plus the coffee one. no one makes them like you and I keep telling myself that I need to lose weight but just keep ordering.

  Hope makes the best cakes and cheesecakes. I have ordered several custom birthday cakes from her and have never been disappointed. She goes out of her way to meet your needs.
  My favorites have been cappacinno cake with cappaccino frosting,
  carrot cake and the mud pie cake you made for Maria one year.
  Pastries are also out of this world. Maybe if I workout 6 hours a day I can eat more of them!

  Hope made us a beautiful wedding cake, it was four boxes stacked on top of each other with ribbon holding them together like presents. Also an XBOX grooms cake! They turned out amazing! I recommend her to anyone, she kept me posted the hole time, when it came close to the date she went over everything with me again. She took a lot of stress off me when I really needed it. Thank you so much for making my special day that much easer and beautiful.
